2019 has been a fantastic year here at Questech Recruitment, we have achieved several milestones over the last 12 months.
First, two of our longest standing consultants, Laura Riding and Shaun Treacy, hit a major achievement in February reaching 1 million GP each, they are the first to do so and were presented with a trophy to congratulate them. This an amazing achievement for which we are very proud, they continually push themselves to satisfy candidate and client needs, successfully placing people across the Yorkshire region.
In March we made the decision to move from our home on St Johns North to new bigger offices based in the heart of Wakefield. This new acquired space allowed for us to expand the current team, this has created a real team environment and fluidity between the divisions.
With the growth and new roles outside the remit of each division increasing we decided to create a new team to assist with these, from this our commercial team was born. Victoria Fox and Terri Ward joined in October, having had experience within this environment they have launched our new division and are already making great progress. Something we hope will continue to grow over the coming months.
Our biggest achievement this year has been the move to our new office meaning we have now almost doubled our team size. Our new additions have brought new skills and opened new doors for Questech’s continued growth, we are coming up to our 10 year anniversary which will be our next celebration, we are excited and look forward to the next year and what we can achieve as a team.
