I joined Questech back in 2013 as a fresh faced trainee. Since I joined the development and support from the management team was second to none and developed my recruiting and business development skills.

The opportunity to develop my skills and rise through the ranks was there for me and I progressed from Trainee to Business Manager (FMCG) between the years of 2013 – 2019, the continued support is there and readily available to anyone. We have a great inclusive culture and low pressure environment which helps people thrive and find their strengths and work on their weakness. In 2016 I joined Questech as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. I knew very little about the recruitment industry but saw a great chance to excel at a company that offered me an opportunity for ongoing training, growth and success. The knowledge, support and encouragement here has allowed me to develop into a 360 consultant. I am now running my own desk and have been given the flexibility to operate it autonomously. Additionally, the freedom and flexibility at Questech has enabled me to gain knowledge of many sectors such as Engineering, Automotive and Construction. I am extremely proud and thankful to work for a company that have created an empowered work environment and to work with colleagues who are caring, friendly and most importantly, inspiring. Year by year, I have seen this company grow as well as the people with it. I joined the Automotive division of Questech Recruitment in November 2018 as a Recruitment Consultant. I walked in on my first day with knowledge of recruitment but very little with regards to sector knowledge, since my first day within the business I have found the support and development offered by Ashley and the team within the Automotive division to be of the highest level, this has helped me not only understand the specialised sector I work in but also help me to grow and develop as a recruiter.

Nearly a year in, I now run my own desk and I feel I can use the knowledge passed on to help develop and mentor other recruiters join our division.
